1. Submit Your Title 24 Request: Use the form on this page to submit your project information along with your floor plan (PDF format). Please make sure your submission includes the following:

   • Project address (street address and ZIP code)

   • Project scope (new construction, addition, ADU, etc.)

   • Building orientation

   • Floor plan dimensions, including total square footage

   • Elevations and cross-sections

   • Window and door schedule

2. Initial Review: We will perform a preliminary review of your submitted documents. You will receive an email notification with one of the following outcomes:

   • Documents are Complete: Your files are ready for processing. We will notify you of the estimated delivery time for your report.

   • More Information Needed: If further information is needed to complete the report, we will provide a clear list of required items. Once we receive your response, we will notify you of the estimated delivery time.

3. Draft Report Delivery: When your report is ready, you will receive an unregistered draft report (PDF) for your review and confirmation.

4. Final Report & Payment: After you confirm and approve the draft report, we will send you a secure payment link. Upon receipt of payment, we will process and deliver the final registered Title 24 report.
